| Stabilised | Resin or polymer is infused into porous gems to improve hardness, density, and colour—essential for fragile stones like Turquoise. |

About Cross Fire Rainbow Lattice Sunstone
Rainbow Lattice Sunstone is an extremely rare variety of orthoclase feldspar found only in a remote location in Australia’s Northern Territory (Mud Tank / Harts Range). It is famous for its unique combination of three optical effects:
- Aventurescence (sunstone glitter from hematite platelets)
- Adularescence (soft moonstone-like glow)
- Distinctive lattice / cross-fire pattern created by magnetite and hematite inclusions
The “Cross Fire” effect refers to the striking geometric lattice and intersecting blades that create a dynamic play of rainbow iridescence and golden-orange flashes as the stone moves in the light. Each piece shows a one-of-a-kind pattern of parallel lines, triangles, and cross-hatching that cannot be found in ordinary sunstone.
About Iolite
Iolite (gem-quality cordierite) is a beautiful violet-blue to indigo gemstone known for its strong pleochroism — it shows different colors (blue-violet, colorless/yellow, and grayish-blue) depending on the viewing angle. Properly oriented stones display a rich, sapphire-like blue with excellent transparency and brilliance. With a hardness of 7–7.5, it is durable enough for everyday jewelry while remaining more affordable than sapphire.
